Wild Salmon and Smoked Salmon Pate Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g Wild salmon (cooked & cooled then flaked)
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 lemon, juiced (to taste)
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste
