Ingredients
- 200g Wild salmon (cooked & cooled then flaked)
- 50g smoked salmon
- 150g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp creamed horseradish
- 1 lemon, juiced (to taste)
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
