With the current weather what better recipe than an iced coffee cocktail, from our member the Cocktailmaker.
RECIPE

The nuts in this case are almonds; the almond flavour itself is contained in the syrup that goes by the name orgeat.
Ingredients:
- 25ml whole milk
- 25ml double cream
- 35ml strong cold espresso coffee
- 10ml caramel syrup
- 15ml orgeat
- Grated chocolate to garnish
Add a Twist: whisky or rum would add extra depth of flavour.
Method:
- Fill a martini glass with ice to chill it.
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well.
- Remove ice from the martini glass; it should be nicely frosted.
- Fine strain all ingredients into martini glass.
- Enjoy!
