Ruth, from Hello Ruth, has been in business for over 10 years. She creates personalised gifts & cards from her home studio in Buckinghamshire .
I recently caught up with Ruth on an Instagram Live where we chatted about her business, she showed us her Mother’s Day collection (not just for Mother’s Day thought!) and gave us a sneak peek of her latest Easter kit. What does Hello Ruth do?
Ruth started when her children were little, making photo gifts for people – mainly photos in words. Within the first year of business, Ruth was accepted as a Not On The High Street seller and you can still find her there. Over the years she’s added more photo gifts to her range including origami photo gifts, but also developed her own range of greetings cards. All her cards can be fully personalised and are designed to be kept long after the occasion.
What type of products are in your range?
Ruth showed us some of her product range designed for Mother’s Day, but these gifts are definitely not just for Mother’s Day and are perfect for many different occasions.

What is coming up after Mother’s Day?
Ruth has a new Easter decoration kit available; you can make six different decorations: a rabbit, chick, butterfly, rainbow and some Easter eggs. All you need is glue and scissors. This will be a lovely kit to do on your own or with your kids. Find all the details here.
