Your warmest leads for future sales are your current or past customers. They’ve already bought from you and so have already ticked that “know, like & trust” box. But are you leaving sales on the table by not nurturing that relationship?
Understanding your customer journey can be key to unlocking future sales and growth opportunities.
We will be looking at what you currently offer, how you are attracting customers in and the experience they have with you.
We’ll identify any gaps or areas of opportunity where you can improve your customer relationship, offer upsells and ultimately work to turn your customers into brand advocates.
In this workshop you will:
- Understand the key stages of a typical customer journey
- Map out your own customer journey
- Identify gaps and opportunities for further sales
- Work with others to discuss and brainstorm ideas for improving your offerings & customer engagement
This workshop will be a total of 3 hours with refreshments provided. It is being held at D-Lab, Clarence Road, Berkhamsted.
The workshop is £30 and Chiltern Biz Collective members receive a discount on the fee.
