Please Join us on Friday 18th October 11am – 4pm for a Taster Elemental Herbology Treatment.

Elemental Herbology have recently launched the beautiful new at home treatment, Pause & Renew Gel Mask to deliver intense hydration and boost the production of collagen in the skin. It is great for all skin types, especially menopausal with soothing & healing properties.

This event is open to ALL as a chance to Pause & Renew into Autumn. We are offering mini taster treatments of either a Facial or Reiki treatment.
We are very lucky to also have the amazing @happyhealthyyou_yourway Kate Brown who will be with us all day offering Health Coaching advice and 2 meditation sessions at 11am & 3.30pm – with limited spaces.

We are hoping to raise awareness about how the skin can change throughout life, especially hormonally such as during the menopause and offer women a space to talk about their experiences while learning about how to feel their best selves.
