Description
A practical half-day planning session for local independent business owners to get ahead with their Christmas plans!
The most successful businesses don’t improvise their way through Christmas – they plan for it. And they plan early. Join us for a practical workshop designed to help you head into the festive season with a clear offer, a realistic marketing plan, and a network of local businesses to support & cheer you along the way.
What we’ll cover:
- Welcome & Christmas Trends – we’ll start looking ahead at the key trends for Christmas 2026 to help get your creativity flowing
- What You’ll Offer – we’ll do some brainstorming and planning around what you can offer this Christmas. Including how you could package things up to make them giftable
- How You’ll Offer It – the second half of the workshop will be focused on your marketing and how you’ll be sharing what you have on offer. We’ll discuss key dates, tactics for any promotions, and start building a realistic and manageable content plan.
- Next Steps – you’ll leave with a clear action plan for what’s next
What you’ll leave with:
- A draft Christmas offer – products, bundles, and price points
- A simple marketing and content plan for October through December
- Fresh ideas from other local business owners in the room
