As a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist I offer online 1-2-1 and group workshops to support a range of issues such as:

Many people are scared of hypnotherapy as they are concerned that they will lose control. This simply isn’t true or possible! I work collaboratively with you, listening to your needs and goals. We then agree a way forward (usually a mix of CBT and hypnotherapy) which involves learning new skills and behaviours to meet your aims. The ultimate aim is that you leave our sessions with a toolkit of strategies that can work in a range of situations.
