ADF Consultancy is run by Anna – a lover of all things local, community, charity, sustainable, in nature – basically anything and anyone who does good in the world!

I’ve been somewhat of an all rounder as long as I can remember, and have over 20 years experience and knowledge in varying degrees across every aspect of small to medium organisations – especially charities. I’m a problem spotter, solver and fixer, a people person who works well with people at all levels, gains trust easily and helps people and organisations sort stuff out.

My unique mix of attention to detail and high level strategic insight means I am able to look across an organisation, small business, department or project and identify issues and solutions at all levels; really understanding the minutiae of operational issues as well as the big challenges. And what’s more – I can not only spot them, but then also help you prioritise, and fix them!
