I am committed to the field of conflict resolution where I work as a mediator, supporting the resolution of disagreements in the workplace, the community and within education, specifically Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
I am an ICF ACC accredited personal performance coach with a specific interest in conflict coaching. I work with individuals, empowering them to navigate successfully and confidently through periods of change, challenge and unresolved conflict to achieve a more balanced, peaceful and fulfilling life, by identifying and setting specific goals, and establishing the best possible way to make those goals a reality.
I create, develop and deliver meaningful, relevant practice-based training in understanding conflict and de-escalation skills, positive communication and mediation.
My experience spans the private, public, and voluntary sectors, including the successful delivery of programmes from Northern Ireland to the Middle East, and have worked with organisations such as NATO, BAE and Central Government.
