Taught across 4 Tuesday evenings (September 30th, October 14th, 21st & 28th 2025).
A face to face group course in Tring, Hertfordshire. Class sizes are limited to ensure you feel comfortable asking questions.
Hypnobirthing is for ALL births, not just natural or homebirth or water births. It can incorporate gas & air or epidurals too.

Understand all of your options and birth choices and giving your birth partner the confidence to support you fully and help you work with your caregivers.
