List your business on our directory with 5 images, website & social media links.

Our directory has advanced search capability with categories, keywords and location search. It is available on our website for anyone to search & browse.

You can submit your business as soon as you join our membership, and your listing will normally be live within 48 hours of submitting

Welcome Across Our Channels

Once your listing is live on our directory, we will share a welcome across our channels:
> a social media post on Instagram & Facebook
> a welcome in our fortnightly mailing, including link to your directory listing

Events

As a member you can add up to 10 events on our Local Events Calendar. Like our directory, this calendar has advanced search functions with categories, keywords & location search.

Our Blog is reserved for our members!

We love our members to write guest blogs for us about trending & seasonal topics, or share tips, how to’s or recipes.
We also highlight members regularly in our Meet The Member feature.
As well as regularly curating blogs to showcase our members products, services & news in seasonal items (eg: gift guides).

All blogs include direct links to your chosen urls – great for your SEO!

Our blog articles are shared on our social media channels and in our fortnightly mailing to encourage our audience to read and get to know you better!

Member Meet Up & Co-Working

Online or In Person we get together regularly to catch up and co-work. This can really help with accountability and to combat the loneliness of working on your own.
In Person – Twice monthly we get together in a local venue to connect with other members, share what we’re working on, gain feedback, support each other and get some work done!
Online – A two hour accountability (body doubling) session twice a month

JFDI CEO Day

It can be hard to prioritise the work you need to do for your own business so every 3 months we host a JFDI CEO Day for you to focus on all those tasks for your business.
This is an in person co-working day but with the focus on doing tasks for your business; whether that’s updating your website, setting up your business processes, creating and writing content etc.

Regular Planning & Goal Setting

Taking time to work ON your business is so important, but it’s easy to get distracted by all the day to day that we often don’t get round to it. That’s why we host regular planning & goal setting sessions.
These are facilitated sessions to help you focus on what you want to achieve for your business and also share ideas & gain feedback from other attendees.

Peer Review

Partner with another member to review each other’s online presence and provide feedback & support. It’s really useful to get some fresh eyes on your content and how potential customers may see you; you can also learn a lot & get inspiration from looking at how others do it!
Our Peer Review is optional, and opens quarterly for any members who want to opt in.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Collective

What areas do you cover?

We cover The Chilterns area of Herts, Beds, Bucks and Oxfordshire; this includes any business that serve these areas even if you aren’t located within it.
The majority of our current members are based in and around Tring, Berkhamsted and Aston Clinton.

Can I change my membership level later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the membership and immediate access to all benefits we are unable to offer refunds, however you may cancel at anytime.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your membership will finish at the end of your payment period.

Does joining mean you’ll post anything we ask you to?

We curate our own social media feeds and try to ensure there is a variety of content to engage our audience. We will support you with your social media posts by engaging with them, and if you’ve got something big happening make sure you let us know so we can help promote! We may from time to time select content from our members to share on our feed but this at our own discretion.

Does joining the membership guarantee new business?

Unfortunately no it doesn’t. We do our best to promote #ShopLocal and our members through our content (social media, blog and mailings) but it depends what our followers are looking for who will view your listing.

Our primary focus is about connecting you with other local businesses to provide a support network and community; sales may naturally come from this but are not guaranteed.

Do you allow business of the same time type to join?

Yes. Our focus is on collaboration and support, rather than competition. So we welcome all businesses of any type.

Do I have to be a member to attend your events?

No, many of our events are open to everyone! Some events are for members only and/or additional charges may apply for non-members.

Can I publish a guest blog on your site?

Our blog is reserved for our members only. We curate many of our own blogs and will from time to time select non members news to include, but purely at our own discretion.
