Advertise at Our Event

We’re offering the opportunity for some businesses to exhibit and promote their offerings to event attendees and across our online channels. We are looking for businesses who offer products or services for other businesses (B2B) to exhibit and/or contribute to our prize giveaways!

Keep reading to find out more about what we’re looking for and what you receive in return. We’re asking anyone wishing to exhibit or contribute to apply; we will assess all applications to ensure we have a good range of businesses (with minimal duplications) and that they fit with our aims for the event (supporting local businesses with a touch of fun!).

Exhibitor

Want to showcase your offerings at our event to all our attendees? We will have a limited number of stands for people to showcase.

Exhibitor Fee: £50

Chiltern Biz Collective Member receive discount on exhibitor fee; Peak members save 20%, Rise members save 10%. You must be a current member of Chiltern Biz at the time of the event to qualify for discount.

What you receive:

At the Event

> An exhibitor stand including table to display your promotional material and promote your business to attendees.
> Entry to the event for you & a guest

Pre / Post Event Promotion

> Inclusion in minimum 4 x Social Media Posts and 2 x IG Story on all channels (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn)
> Your logo and link included on the Event Sales Page
> Your logo and link included in post Event follow up email to our Local Business mailing list of over 350, and in post-Event follow up to all attendees

Contributor

We’re also looking for a small number of businesses to sponsor/ contribute to our Event by contributing ‘prizes’.

These prizes will be given away to attendees of the event; both before the event to encourage sharing the details and also at the event (we will have some games and points = prizes!)

We are looking for ‘prizes’ that are targeted for business owners. This could be: a social media audit, strategy power hour, weekly planner, etc..

What you receive:

> Inclusion in 2 x Social Media Posts and 1 x IG Story on all channels (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) – one pre-Event and one post-Event
> Your logo and link (to your chosen channel) included in post-Event follow up email to our Local Business mailing list of over 350 and in post-Event follow up to all attendees.
