Meet our member Jenna from VAA Solutions. She tells us more about how she got started, shares her highlights & challenges of running her own business, and answers our Local Biz Quickfire.

Briefly tell us a bit about yourself and what your business offers.

VAA Solutions provide professional, technical, and creative support to businesses, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals. Services include (but not limited to) calendar & email management, HR, bookkeeping, project coordination. Our team is equipped to work with a diverse range of clients, all seeking operational efficiency. Offering flexible, cost-effective, and personalised solutions, we empower our clients to focus on their core objectives while we handle the essential day-to-day operations.

How and why did your business get started?

Having had a career break to raise my children till school age, I realised that re-entering the ‘job market’ was not my definition of success, and a career break made me a liability. I wanted a career and business that allows me the best of all worlds, be present for the children and family and do what I love to do and what I am good at, and make connections with like minded peopled to grow together.

What’s been your biggest highlight of running your business?

Recently being Nominated for a VA Award 2025.

What’s been your biggest challenge?

Juggling it all!

What are your plans for the future for your business?

Growth and development of the business.

What’s the best thing about being a member of Chiltern Biz Collective? 

The connections that are available to be made. It’s not all about sales and business but it is about making lasting connections.
